Problemen met office 365 mail

Sedert deze ochtend ondervinden sommige van onze Office 365 klanten problemen om hun Outlook op te starten. De problemen zijn geconfirmeerd door Microsoft zelf. We volgen dit op de voet en houden jullie op de hoogte.

The investigation determined that high resource utillization within the invironment is causing Exhange ActiveSync (EAS) and Outlook connections to intermittenly time out. Engineers are working to develop and implement optimalizations to improve resource utillization. User Impact: Affected users may experience delays in email synchronization when accessing the Exange Online service using Outlook and exchange ActiveSync (EAS) (e.g., the Windows Mail app or mobile devices). All other protocols remain unaffected. As a workaround users may be able to acces the service or content using Outlook on the web, indicates that a limited number of costumers appear to be impacted by this event. However, those customers affected likely have a large number of users experiencing impact. Multiple customers have reported this issue.
